What the enquiry collects
The form records the project details you choose to provide, your name and email address, the design-permission choice and any files or download links you submit. Please do not include passwords, identity documents, payment details or unrelated sensitive information.
Why the information is needed
The studio uses the information to consider feasibility, permissions, materials, finishing, price, timing and delivery arrangements, then discuss the project with you by email. Sending the form is an enquiry, not a booking, accepted quote or payment.
Where it goes
Enquiry records are stored in this Site’s database. Uploaded files use private Site file storage, separate from the database. They are available only through the owner-authorised studio dashboard. No automatic email or payment provider is connected. Download links are saved for review; the Site does not automatically fetch their contents.
Drafts and uploads
Your browser keeps a local draft and a secret reference that lets you resume it. On a shared device, use “Start fresh” when finished. The server draft and unfinished upload session expire after 24 hours. Expired unfinished files are removed when the Site next processes its bounded cleanup. Submitted enquiry records and completed project files are retained for manual project review; a final retention policy must be agreed before public launch.
Models, photos and permissions
Only upload content you own or have permission to use for the proposed paid printing or finishing. Photo-based projects also need appropriate permission for the photograph and likeness. Uploading does not guarantee that a project can be accepted.
Price and timing
No automatic price on this Site is a binding quote. The current flow provides no numerical estimate where the cost inputs are not known. Price and timing are confirmed after checking the model, rights, preparation, materials, print time, finishing and workload. Payment is arranged separately after agreement.
Questions or corrections
Use your existing project conversation to request access, correction or removal of enquiry information. Public contact details and final privacy wording must be confirmed before this website is opened to customers.
Private portfolio review
The photographs are supplied studio images for this private review. The public portfolio selection and any required model or image permissions must be reviewed before launch. Images show techniques and finish possibilities, not a catalogue of characters automatically available to order.
